Henry Percy Bradbury lost his right leg after a fall from Lunar Eclipse at Windsor on June 17, 1891, and died at Brixton six years later (October 24, 1897). He was 32.
A subscription on his behalf raised upwards of £2,000.
Percy was buried at Norbury Cemetery. He left £1,919.
His biggest wins were the 1888 Wokingham (Annamite), 1889 Great Jubilee (Amphion) and the 1892 Manchester Cup on Lily of Lumley.
