3 servings; 4 hours min in crockpot
1 can jackfruit in water (or bring), drained, rinsed and dried
chopped onion
brown sugar
BBQ sauce
Cut core from jackfruit and it should shred easier.
Add all ingredients to crockpot.
Cook on low for at least 4 hours.
Shred with fork and refrigerate.
Wait at least a day or preferably longer and heat up and serve on roll.
If its too liquidy, try baking in over afterward.
