BBQ Jackfruit
3 servings; 4 hours min in crockpot
1 can jackfruit in water (or bring), drained, rinsed and dried
chopped onion
brown sugar
BBQ sauce
- Cut core from jackfruit and it should shred easier.
- Add all ingredients to crockpot.
- Cook on low for at least 4 hours.
- Shred with fork and refrigerate.
- Wait at least a day or preferably longer and heat up and serve on roll.
If its too liquidy, try baking in over afterward.
