Beef and Broccoli
3/4 pound broccoli florets
Other vegetables - peppers, onions, etc.
2 tablespoons high-heat cooking oil
2 cloves garlic, very finely minced or smushed through garlic smusher
1 teaspoon cornstarch
Sauce
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp cornstarch
3 cloves garlic minced
3 tbsp sherry/white wine
1 tbsp honey
Splenda
1 tsp fresh ginger minced
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp Sriracha sauce or to taste (add dash or cayenne for low sodium)
1/2 cup water
3 g Better then Bouillon
3 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
0.30 tbsp Organic Coconut Aminos Seasoning Sauce Gluten-Free
Prepare the sauce: Stir together the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
Heat a large frying pan or wok over high heat.
Add the cooking oil and swirl to coat.
Stir fry beef.
Add vegetables and stir fry (add garlic with a few minutes left).
Pour in the sauce and heat until the sauce boils and thickens.
