455 g/1 can Amy's Organic refried beans
283 g [71]/10 oz sour cream
140 g [43]/5 oz cream cheese (softened)
taco seasoning (no salt)
lettuce, chopped
½ green or red pepper, chopped
½ green onion, chopped
170g [43]/6 oz shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese
Mix the beans and salsa in a bowl.
Place the bean mixture in the bottom of a 9x13” clear glass dish and spread until you have a equal layer.
In a medium bowl combine the sour cream and cream cheese with the taco seasoning.
Spread mixture over the beans.
Top with a layer of lettuce, tomatoes, onions, peppers.
Sprinkle cheese over the top and top with olives and jalapenos (if using) and serve with tortilla chips.
