3 cups water

1 cup lentils

¼ cup onion, minced

¼ cup celery, minced

¼ cup carrots, minced

1 cup Kroger® Quick 1-Minute 100% Whole Grain Oats

½ cup Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar Cheese

1 eggs, beaten

4 ½ ounces spaghetti sauce [no salt added tomato sauce]

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 tablespoon dried parsley

1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt [0 for low sodium]

1/4 teaspoon black pepper
