Quorn Roast
MFP - Use recipe below, but nutrition assumes not counting veggies and half of butter/broth goes into roast which is tracked in gravy - Quorn Roast
2 Quorn Turk'y roast
2 tablespoon, Butter, unsalted
2 cup water
6 g Bouillon, Vegetarian, No Chicken Base
1/4 cup diced onions
1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 cup diced carrots
1 tbsp diced garlic
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp sage
2 tsp thyme
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups diced potatoes
Add vegetables, garlic and broth to pressure cooker pot.
Add Quorn roast and drizzle with olive oil or rub with butter.
Add spices over roast
Place steamer basket over roast and add potatoes.
Add pressure cooker top and move vent to sealing
Pressure cook on high for 10 minutes.
After the time is up, quick release pressure and remove steamer basket and make mashed potatoes.
Cut up roast and serve.
