Chocolate Fondue

5 oz Ghirardelli Semi-sweet chocolate broken or chopped into small pieces

0.38 cup milk full fat (or half and half, or 1/2 cup heavy cream + 1/4 cup milk)

0.25 tsp vanilla essence

Dipping

Strawberries

Your cake of choice cut into bite-size cubes

Marshmallows

Cookies

Place chocolate, milk and vanilla in a heat-proof bowl. Microwave on high in 30 second bursts, stirring in between, or until chocolate is melted and smooth.

Serve warm, with dipping things of choice! My favorites that I usually serve this with at dinner parties is vanilla cake and strawberries, as pictured.

Notes

1. This can be made with any melting chocolate but the better chocolate, the better the fondue! Lindt is also a great one to use.
