6 oz package cooked egg noodles
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 medium onion diced
2 tbsp diced garlic
3/4 cup frozen peas
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups chopped cooked turkey
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
3. Melt butter in a large heavy skillet.
4. Saute onions and garlic until tender.
5. Add in peas and turkey and cook for 1 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper and stir in condensed soup and sour cream.
7. Place cooked noodles in a cooking sprayed 8x8 inch baking dish.
8. Pour sauce mixture evenly over the top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and then bread crumbs.
9. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until sauce is bubbling.
