If make again, don't add everything to PC. Rice gets mushy.

14g; 1 tablespoon Oil (Olive Oil + Sesame Oil)
1 small Onion diced or sliced
½ Bell Pepper Green & Red
1/4 cup Cabbage diced
4 cloves Garlic minced
½ teaspoon Ginger
15 oz can Kroger Canned Pineapple Chunks in Pineapple Juice
144 g; 0.8 cup Royal Authentic Royal Basmati Rice
10g; 2 tsp reduced sodium Soy Sauce
30g; 2 tbsp Trader Joe's Organic Coconut Aminos
30g; 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar or Apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
6 g Ajinomoto MSG
1 g Salt (yes add)
1 g Now Potassium Chloride Powder
1 tsp Ginger People Ginger Sweet Chili Sauce
1.5 cup water (reduce based on amount of pineapple juice from can)
1/4 cup cashews
2 eggs
Sauté veggies.
Add Ginger & Garlic and continue to cook for 1 minute.
Cancel Saute and add the sauce with the veggies and mix.
Add Rice & Water along with Salt and close the lid.
Pressure cook for 4 minutes at HIGH pressure level.
When timer beeps, NPR (no pressure release) for 10 minutes and then Quick Release.
Fluff the rice and stir in pineapple pieces gently.
Garnish with some Green Onion and cashews!
