120g; 1 cup chickpea flour
1 tsp parsley flakes
½ tsp ground cumin
¼ tsp ground coriander
3g KCl ½ tsp salt
1.5g; ¼ tsp baking soda
118g; ½ cup hot water (not boiling)
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Add hot water and stir until combined.
Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes or longer.
Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add tablespoon scoops of batter to the pan and flatten slightly with a spatula.
Fry on both sides until golden brown.
Place on paper towels to drain the oil.
