2 Haas avocados, halved, seeded and peeled
2 tbsp lime juice
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne (delete)
1/4 medium white onion, diced
1/2 tomato, seeded and diced; and 5 grape tomatoes
1 tsp dried cilantro
1/2 tsp garlic, minced
- In a large bowl place the scooped avocado pulp and lime juice, toss to coat.
- Using a potato masher add the salt, cumin, and cayenne and mash.
- Then, fold in the onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and garlic.
- Refrigerator 30 min (plastic wrap pressed onto surface with pit) and then serve.
