1/2 C. sugar (7 splenda packets) [2 splenda packets]
1/3 C. white vinegar (1/4 cup) [1.5 tbsp]
1 C. canola oil (1/4 cup) [1 tbsp]
1 tbsp sesame oil (added) [1 tsp]
1 tbsp soy sauce (added) [1 tsp]
2 seasoning packets from Oriental ramen noodles [1/2]
1/4 C. toasted sesame seeds [1 tbsp]
1/2 C. toasted slivered almonds [2 tbsp]
1 package broccoli slaw or cole slaw mix [4 oz]
3-4 green onions, thinly sliced, green tops too [1 tbsp]
2 pkg Oriental ramen noodles, broken up [1/2 package]
Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl and whisk till well blended
Let this sit while you're toasting the almonds and sesame seeds, stirring occasionally
Toast sesame seeds and almonds till golden brown in a skillet over medium heat
Set aside
Combine slaw mix, onions and noodles in a large bowl
Pour dressing over and mix well
Chill till cold, at least 1 hour
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and almonds, mix well and serve
