Pot Pie and Pie Crust

 Make sure to make it thick enough.  Maybe add in instant potatoes.

Pie crust.  Bisquick pie crust

• 2 tbsp butter

• 1/3 cup chopped onion

• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• 1/4 teaspoon pepper

• 9 g Better Than Bouillon, Vegetarian, No Chicken Base

• 1 3/4 cups water

• 1/2 cup oat milk

• 2 cups QUORN MEATLESS DICED CHIQIN PIECES

• 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed (steam potatoes and carrots to almost done if using fresh)

1. Cook garlic in butter, stir in flour, stir in broth, cook to thicken.

2. Add in rest of veggies and chicken and cook.
