Speed Soaked Dry Beans

3 cups of water for first cup dried beans

2 cups for each additional cup of dried beans

For small beans, heat to high pressure, then natural pressure release for 10 minutes.

For medium beans, high pressure for 1 minute, then natural pressure release for 10 minutes.

For large beans, high pressure for 2-3 minutes, then natural pressure release for 10 minutes.

Check for doneness by cutting open bean and looking for opaque spot. If none, they are done. If there is, pressure cook for another 1 to 2 minutes. When done, drain and rinse the beans.
