Baked Acorn Squash with Butter and Brown Sugar

Don't use glass baking pan as it's sticky.  

1 Acorn squash

1 Tbsp Butter

2 Tbsp Brown Sugar

2 teaspoons Maple Syrup

Cinnnamon

Dash of Salt

NOTE: Best to cut in half and steam in the pressure cooker for ~8 mins; then broil in oven as it takes a long time to cook in the oven only.
