milk/sour cream (equal to about 100 calories or about 1/4 cup)

1 tsp dried oregano
7.5 g; 1/8 cup Nutritional yeast
30 g; 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
Sauté onions, garlic, chicken pieces and any other veggies as necessary.
