Creamy Chicken and Mushroom Soup with Rice

Oil

Onions and diced garlic

Other veggies (frozen mixed veggies and spinach worked well)

Chicken pieces

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup milk

1 tsp chicken broth concentrate

1 tsp dried oregano

Salt and pepper

Saute onions, garlic, chicken pieces and any other veggies as necessary.

Add in soup, milk and spices and simmer for a few minutes.

Serve over rice.
