Beer Cheese Dip

8 ounce cream cheese, softened

8 ounce shredded cheddar cheese

8 ounce shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup beer

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp dry mustard

Melt cheeses in pot over medium heat.

Add portions of beer until consistency is correct.

Add spices and mix.

Serve warm or cold.
