NHS is hosting a track and field meet against Medfield on May 9, at 4 pm. The meet will be hosted at the high school.

The team has high hopes and is confident about winning.

The Norwood track and field team just had a recent meet against Ashland. The boy's team scored a win of (46-44). The girl's team had a loss of (36-40). Both teams had a great meet and are looking forward to winning their next meet.

Head coach Alanna Keady thinks the team will do well due to their recent win.

"Yesterday we had a meet and we won against Ashland, which is very exciting, so hopefully that momentum will stick with us, and we will have a great next meet," she said.

Freshman Mikel Dujour thinks he and the team will perform well.

"I am feeling really excited. I think we will perform great if we work hard at practice," he said.

Freshman Gabriel Silva thinks that they will do well if the team tries.

"I feel like we are doing good, but they are also doing good. I do think that we have a small chance of beating them, but if we all pull through then we are good,"

Senior Cam LoPiccolo also thinks that he and the team will beat Medfield.

"I am feeling pretty good. I feel like I should win both of my races. As a team, we should come up with a win," he said.

Senior Joey DeVingo has high hopes for the team and their performance.

"This season I have been injured so I have not been performing very well. As a team, we have been doing really well this season," he said.
