"I actually didn't have an "Elf on the Shelf"... I grew up in Albania so it was not really part of tradition when I was living there. But my kids do have an elf now, they don't have a name for it but they do really like it." 

“Yes, so Buddy is our elf at home; Buddy the Elf.”

 “Yeah I had one, I think his name was Jupiter.”
