Harry Styles, former member of the band One Direction released his second solo album this December named 'Fine Line.'

In an interview with The Vulture Styles states that he called the album 'Fine Line' because it was the first song in the album that was written and the very last song on the album in general.

In the album the songs express his feelings from happiness, to sadness and heartbreak. 'Fine Line' is an incredible album and is worth your listening.

A personal favorite of mine on the album was “Canyon Moon.” As a former One Direction fan it gave off the same vibe as the songs that the band wrote back before their hiatus. It gives off an exciting and happy energy and just makes you want to get up and dance.

Another song that is similar to this is “ Treat People with Kindness.” This states an important message, which is also plastered on his merchandise and is a huge part of his brand. This song is similar to the style of gospel but more poppy and upbeat. The use of the backup singers is immaculate and makes the song 10 times as good.

Although Styles wrote a lot of happy and upbeat songs on his album, recently, Styles went through a breakup with a french model named Camille Rowe. In the song “ Falling” he sings about his heartbreak and regret: “I’m in my bed you’re not here, and all that’s to blame is the drink in my wandering hands.” He expresses regret that he feels about cheating on her because he was under the influence of alcohol and wishes they were still together.

He mentions her in another song, “Cherry.” He sings about how much he misses her: “ I just miss your accent and your friends.” At the end of the song, Harry gives us a few sentences of her speaking in french to him to represent how the song was about her.

Harry Styles is one of the most iconic male artists today and continues to surprise his fans with new music and other surprises. I strongly recommend listening to this album, it takes you through a whirlwind of different emotions and has so many other songs that just make you feel good. 'Fine Line' is available to stream now on Spotify and available to buy in the apple store.
