On May 20, Harry Styles released his long-awaited third studio album, “Harry’s House.” Consisting of 13 songs, coming to a total of 41 minutes and 59 seconds. The album had lots of anticipation leading up to its release. With fans’ excitement increasing, the album has continuously held the number one spot on the Billboard charts since its release. This album is unlike any other he has put out. “Rolling Stone” described “Harry’s House” as the “Smooth, Sensitive Step Forward For One of Pop’s Most Likable Stars.”

As a striking opening, “Music For a Sushi Restaurant” embodies the mood of the album. With a jazzy tune talking about love through coffee, bubblegum, and green tea the opening captured the listener's attention.

Track 2, “Late Night Talking” creates a groovy ambiance. As performed as a sneak peek of the album prior to the release, Styles performed this track at Coachella 2022. Several listeners had heard the tune live but had not heard the crisp studio version. With affectionate lyrics drawing the listener in through, “If you’re feeling down, I just wanna make you happier, baby” this “Late Night Talking” will make you want to get up and dance.

As Harry Styles is known for his “fruit” songs, “Grapejuice” was no surprise when it appeared on the tracklist, and it certainly did not disappoint. Resembling the other past tracks, the theme of the endearing lyrics left fans clarifying Styles’ happy relationship.

Similarly, “Daylight” also creates an endearing song. “If I was a bluebird, I would fly to you- You’d be the spoon, dip you in honey so I could be sticking to you.” As a repeating pre-chorus, it has listeners in awe over the sweet songs.

The lead single for this record broke several records after its release. Breaking the Spotify record of the “most streams in 24 hours by a male artist,” accumulating over 16 million streams. "As It Was" features a catchy tune, but a deeper look reveals an emotional undertone.

Many emotions are conveyed in songs like "Little Freak" and "Matilda."

“Little Freak” filled many with a heartfelt sentiment, perhaps about a past love, whereas “Matilda” is heartwarming and attractive to those who feel out of place.

When performing at his “One Night Only” performances in New York and London, fans turned on their flashlights as a sign to display their appreciation for these emotional songs.

“Matilda” is unlike anything that Harry Styles has ever put out. "Matilda" is extremely heartwarming and informs the audience that growing into your own adulthood is okay.

This album is described by Rolling Stone as a “Santa Ana summer breeze of a record.” The timing of this release will urge listeners to roll their windows down and scream the words “Keep Driving” having the same effect, no matter where you are.

Several songs continue to embody the groovy, seventies, and catchy tunes. “Satellite,” “Daydreaming,” and “Cinema” will make every listener want to get up and dance.

In this album Styles has conveyed confidence in his lyrics. While being able to put out multiple songs that will make fans extremely emotional like “Boyfriends”, and then in the next song have them jumping and dancing around creates an important contrast when creating a record appealing to listeners.

The final track “Love Of My Life” closed the album with a bang. While having both emotion and passion, Track 13 had fans filling a stadium singing the words, “Baby, you’re the love of my life.”

Harry Styles continues to break records for this album. Although, the fans are not the only ones who are happy with this release. Styles stated that out of his albums, Harry’s house “sounds like the biggest and most fun.”

As Styles’ career continues to progress he states that “This is kind of the proudest I’ve been of something I’ve made so far” he shared to Capital FM.
