Resumo
O constructo de “Inteligência Funcional” (Successfull Intelligence), introduzido por Robert J. Sternberg em 1996, culminou duas décadas de investigação e reflexão teórica do autor sobre a inteligência e a sua medida. Analisa-se o constructo, quanto à sua origem, natureza e carácter inovador, e sua operacionalização, o Teste Triárquico de Aptidões (STAT).
Abstract
The construct of Successful Intelligence, built upon the concept introduced by Robert J. Sternberg in 1996, crossed two decades of comprehensive and extensive research on human intelligence. The construct is therefore analysed in terms of theoretical background and empirical developments, the Sternberg Triarchic Abilities Test (STAT).
