Ardian Nikulaj was shot six times and died at the Coral pub in Shengjin on April 19, 2013, at 1:23 p.m., according to Zoe Lash, who was a government representative for Albania at the time. The murder is captured on the bar's security footage.A person wearing a motorbike helmet and a fluorescent vest can be seen entering the bar, shooting six times, and then riding out on a grey motorcycle.

"This was clearly a premeditated attack with a significant amount of planning and targeted the victim described as being involved in a blood feud in Albania between rival families," the police report stated. "Mr. Haxhia is suspected of organising the murder," Ms. Lash continued. Edmond Haxhia is related to the Lekstakaj family.

We claim that since 1997, when they are accused of killing the victim's brother, they have been engaged in a blood war with the victim's family.All four defendants—Haxhia, 37; Hunt, 49; Bridgeman, 27, and Mithan, 35—deny conducting the surveillance that resulted in the murder.

The alleged gunman is being detained in Morocco, and Haxhia denies orchestrating the hit. Bridgeman was given release when her father paid the court a security of £20,000; however, Haxhia, Hunt, and Mithan are still in detention. November is the deadline for the extradition hearing.
