Andrew George Incident Detail

They claimed to have been in the room for around 30 minutes when they heard a window open and believed someone was attempting to enter their room. The two allegedly fled the room and argued with the motel management for a while before demanding a refund. The documents state that after receiving their money back, George and Kachuroi noticed a "shadow" behind them.

The two allegedly raced across the street in an effort to escape from the shadow thinking it was the person "breaking into his motel room." They claim to have stopped at a 7-Eleven, called for assistance, and then driven to Halifax Marina. "A ghost was chasing him," George claimed as he continued to sprint into the marina's parking lot.

George jumped into the river to hide from the ghost after telling the police that he was terrified of it and that he thought it would hurt him. According to the police complaint, Kachuroi believed George had fallen into the river, so she allegedly assisted him before the two fled to a neighbourhood across the street.

He approached a couple residences and hammered on their doors while asking for aid out of continued concern that the ghost would follow him, according to the records. Kachuroi allegedly said that George once took a chair and slammed it through a window before opening another window.

According to police, residents inside threatened to stab him with a kitchen knife over the phone to 911 if he didn't leave. According to reports, George told police he "couldn't go in [the house] because God told him the woman was a bad person to hang out with." The documents state that the suspect also admitted to police that he had heard children's voices and didn't want to terrify any young ones. Because George admitted to using Molly, often known as ecstasy, he now believes that God was not shielding him from making poor choices.
