A 39-year-old Illinois man was detained over the weekend after authorities claimed they discovered him trespassing in someone's horse barn where he was allegedly seen standing next to a few horses with his "genitals exposed." He had previously been detained earlier this year when he was allegedly caught "performing coitus" on a horse. Authorities told Law&Crime that Jack R. Blanke was detained in the early hours of Sunday morning and charged with one count of criminal trespass to real property.

According to a report from Hannibal, Missouri CBS affiliate KHQA-TV, Adams County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a call at a residence in the 5500 block of Bottom Road in Quincy, Illinois, at around one in the morning on July 23 regarding a suspicious person who was seen on surveillance footage creeping around the property owner's horse barn. First responders reportedly started searching the area as soon as they arrived at the scene for the alleged intruder. When deputies arrived on the scene, they reportedly found Blanke "standing near two horses with his genitals exposed." On the basis of the criminal trespass charge, Blanke was apprehended and lodged in the Adams County Jail with a $100 bond. The most recent arrest of Blanke is remarkably similar to the one he had just a few months before.

The disgusting discovery was made by ACSO deputies soon after midnight on April 28 while on patrol in Melrose Township, about 130 miles southwest of Peoria, as previously reported by Law&Crime. Time served and two years of probation were imposed on Blanke. According to Muddy River News, as part of his agreement, Blanke was also mandated to go through a mental health evaluation. Currently, he is expected to show up in court on Monday at 1:30. A request from Law&Crime seeking comment was not immediately answered by the Adams County Public Defender's Office, who represented Blanke in his prior case.
