A wild chase involving a stolen school bus and numerous law enforcement agencies Tuesday morning is captured on dashcam video. At 10:15 in the morning, Chad Murdock allegedly hijacked a school bus in Cincinnati, Ohio, and then led law enforcement into Indiana.

Before getting caught in a field, the 32-year-old man fled through multiple backyards and cornfields in an attempt to get away from the police. The bus's tyres eventually became flat after officers successfully employed a tyre deflation device. The frenzied chase came to an end at 11:15.

As the bus passed through another field, police boarded it and stopped Murdock's rampage in Shelby County, Indiana. The alleged bus robber was then taken into custody. As a result of crashes with the bus during the case, several police cars sustained damage. Murdock's brutal police pursuit across two states also caused damage to fields and yards.

A 2001 yellow school bus is said to have been taken over by Chad A. Murdock, who then led authorities on a high-speed chase through multiple states. Murdock and none of the involved police officers were hurt in the incident. Urdock was brought to the Decatur County Jail, where he was booked on several counts, including criminal mischief, criminal use of a motor vehicle while intoxicated, and resisting law officers.
