According to Harrison County court records examined by Law&Crime, Tyra Valentine, 24, Diamond Roach, 32, and Alexander Morrison, 50, all of Marshall, are accused of tampering with evidence by failing to report human remains. These three defendants have been recognized by the police as the adults accused of the shooting on Alexander Street.
Felony counts of organized criminal activity for robbery have been brought against the two teenagers, whose names will not be made public. The adults were accused of petty misdemeanors. Valentine has previously been accused of both felony and minor offenses. Roach has already faced numerous misdemeanor charges in Harrison County.
According to court records, Morrison is the only one of the three who has a court hearing scheduled right now; he has not previously been accused of a crime in the region before to this occurrence. On September 12, Morrison is scheduled to show up for his arraignment.
