While others looked on, laughed, and recorded the incident on their phones, a Las Vegas youngster is accused of sexually abusing a girl who was intoxicated and unable to speak clearly. Aiden Cicchetti, 17, was detained in March on suspicion of three charges of sexual assault, but after making his initial court appearance in Las Vegas Justice Court, he was granted parole.

New information regarding the horrific attack has now been made public. The alleged event happened after a night out, during which the victim met a man named Aiden while travelling with a group of pals on a "party bus." In addition to drinking from an unnamed spirits bottle that was allegedly delivered by Aiden, the pair also consumed shots.

The girl herself recalls feeling "dizzy and sick" and her vision becoming foggy. She had the last conscious recollection of leaving a house party in Henderson, Nevada, and going to her car. She then discovered herself waking up in Aiden's kitchen without her underwear or pants and with only a blanket covering her. Finally, about 3:40 a.m., she went back home. According to Cicchetti's attorney, Ross Goodman, there is no proof that the girl "was incoherent or passed out" during the couple's consenting sexual session.

The following day, Cicchetti sent the girl a social media message, according to the arrest report from the Metropolitan Police Department. He made a sexual allusion, but at first the girl thought she was joking. The following day, she got a message from another person saying, "LMAO look what I found on my phone."

She sent three videos with her text that purportedly showed her and Aiden having sex in the backseat of her car. Others could be heard giggling in the background at what they were seeing. She was advised to call the police after showing it to a close friend of hers at school.

The friend went to the school's welfare counsellor to report the incident that resulted in the phone with the videos being seized by the dean of students. The three videos, with lengths ranging from 3 to 11 seconds, were examined by police. Authorities stated that the girl was "barely conscious" and that Cicchetti could be heard telling her to "stop" as they were having sex.

The victim was seen on another video crying "no, no, no," according to the arrest report that the Las Vegas Review-Journal was able to get. Cicchetti told officers he was drunk and had blurred vision, but he was sober enough to manage his actions. He had been taking classes online for the previous 18 months.

After being shown the footage of her, he emotionally admitted to her involvement, after initially denying having intercourse with anyone the night before the party or the morning of it. The sex, he insisted, was consenting, and he was coerced into doing it by the girl's companions, he said. Before being checked into the Clark County jail Centre, Cicchetti was first taken to a juvenile jail facility. He was subsequently granted bail and will appear in court again on June 21.
