While the search for the missing mother-of-three in Georgia continues, her fiancé has been detained on suspicion of kidnapping and serious assault in a different incident. Tiffany Foster, 35, was last seen leaving her Newnan apartment building on March 1 to go shopping. The next day, when she didn't show up for a college class, she was reported missing.
On Wednesday, police detained Reginald Robertson, Foster's fiancé, on suspicion of kidnapping and violent violence, which authorities said were related to an unrelated incident that occurred before the 35-year-old went missing. It is unknown if Foster was the incident's victim. Although this is Robertson's second arrest since Foster vanished, he has never been directly connected to her disappearance.
Reginald Robertson is 47 years old.
He was accused of stealing on April 8 by the Coweta County Sheriff's Office for relocating Foster's automobile days after she went missing. Robertson reportedly drove the vehicle 30 miles, from Newnan to College Park, according to police.According to authorities, neither of the charges had anything to do with the missing person investigation.

At a press conference on March 23 with Kimberly Bryan, Foster's sister, and police, Robertson begged the public to come forward with information concerning Foster's whereabouts two weeks prior to his first arrest. The day before she was reported missing, he claimed to have last seen her when she was leaving her house.
Foster texted her mother on March 1 while she was out shopping, according to police, but she was never heard from again. After skipping class and missing work the following day, she was reported missing. Police discovered her car with a purse and cell phone inside a week later.
According to authorities, she had a trip planned to Texas for March 11 but never showed up at the airport. Since she was last seen, there has also been no movement on her social media accounts.According to AJC News, police have not revealed if they suspect foul play in Foster's disappearance.
Foster's sister Kimberly Bryan claims that she thinks Robertson is connected despite the fact that his most recent arrest had nothing to do with her sister's disappearance. Bryan stated to CBS, "I would never want to accuse someone of something they did not do, but my feeling says he knows."
Bryan claims that there are warning signs surrounding Robertson and that he and his sister did not always get along. She claimed, "She wasn't really too thrilled about the relationship." "But you know how you just want to try and make something work, you see the good in someone, especially when you're in love with them," the speaker said.
Bryan claims that she still thinks Foster is alive and that she is hoping Robertson will cooperate with law enforcement now that he is in custody in order to return Foster to his home. At the moment, Robertson is being detained without bond.
