Billhimer, a Lakewood man was charged with murdering his girlfriend after officers discovered her dead at her house on Tuesday while conducting a welfare check. According to Billhimer, John Filistovich, 59, has been charged with murder in relation to the passing of Betty Perry, 60, of Lakewood.
