Samantha Thrasher, 24, of Kansas City, Kansas, is wanted by police on suspicion of shooting a man and a boy at a hotel in Blue Springs over two weeks ago. According to police, who posted on Facebook, "Thrasher is considered armed and very dangerous so please do not try to stop her, call your local police if they see her."

Samantha J. Thrasher has a warrant out for her arrest after being identified as a suspect in the shooting that injured a 36-year-old man and a 7-year-old daughter on M ay 20 at the SureStay Plus Hotel at 701 N.W. South Outer Road.

Thrasher was characterised as being 100 pounds in weight and 5 feet 4 inches tall. She was spotted driving a 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe in tan. Thrasher is accused of shooting the man several times while also striking him with a closed fist. It's also claimed that she shot the girl once. Police said the girl's injuries weren't life-threatening.

Thrasher was accused with committing armed criminal action and two counts of first-degree assault by the Jackson County Prosecutor's Office. Thrasher's whereabouts are unknown, so anyone with information is urged to contact the police or 911.
