The defendant accused of killing and dismembering a Florida Uber Eats driver who was delivering food is facing the death penalty, according to prosecutors. On April 19, Oscar Adrian Solis Jr., 30, is accused of killing Randall Cooke, 59, while delivering a package to a house in Pasco County.
It was Cooke's first day of employment with Uber Eats, according to the prosecution, and while inside the house, he was stabbed 35 times. Two males, including the suspect, were seen on the home's surveillance footage taking trash bags out of the building's side.

And this individual pulled him away from his family and killed him without cause. According to court documents, the suspect is being detained in jail without a bond.
