Police in Acworth have named two suspects they believe were involved in a tragic home invasion earlier this month. When officers arrived at Walden Park Apartment Homes in response to a shooting report, they discovered a victim who had died from gunshot wounds.

Aiden Kane Shaw, a 19-year-old male, was the victim. Jaiden Lajuan Colon-Crawford, 20, has been detained by police and is now facing charges of felony murder, two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of having a firearm while a felon in possession, and robbery.

A 19-year-old Kennesaw man was shot and killed during a home invasion earlier this month; one person was arrested and another is wanted in connection with the incident. On May 17, Aiden Kane Shaw's body was discovered inside an apartment in the 3000 block of Cobb Parkway.

On Wednesday, Acworth detectives disclosed that two individuals, Jaiden Lajuan Colon-Crawford, 20, and David Bernard Travis, 18, had arrest warrants issued. Travis and Colon-Crawford were both accused of felony murder, severe assault, having a gun while a criminal in prison, and robbery.

Colon-Crawford was detained on May 19 and is now being held without bond at the Cobb County Adult Detention Centre. He is currently being detained without bond at the Cobb County Adult Detention Centre.

David Bernard Travis, age 18, is still wanted by investigators. He will be charged with felony murder, two counts of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a felon, and other offences after being taken into custody.
