Irizarry stepped out of her car last Monday following a brief automobile chase and allegedly stabbed police officers before firing a fatal shot, according to the police.

The Outlaw included disciplinary standards infractions, such as misbehavior for disobedience, failing to comply with proper directions from a senior officer, and refusing to assist with a departmental investigation.

"We have nothing to hide here," Outlaw declared. "We make errors. We immediately stated that this information was tentative. Unfortunately, the material that was made public led to the construction and framing of a narrative that was obviously false.
