An employee of the University of Arkansas is accused of abusing a kid sexually while they were visiting her friend's flat in Rogers, Arkansas. According to records, 42-year-old Stephanie Gueck Neipling is charged with one count of fourth-degree sexual assault.

The partially redacted probable cause document states that on July 11, 2023, the Rogers Police Department received a direct call. The call was about a person having "sexual relations" with Neipling; the caller's identity has been withheld. The victim said that on July 8 at a house, she had sexually attacked Neipling.

Later that evening, the woman told authorities that Stephanie had sent her a Snapchat message letting her know she could come to her flat next to her friend because she was there alone. According to the affidavit, she reached out and experienced another sexual attack.

Neipling is accused of sending the woman nude images of her on July 9 along with explicit messages. According to police, she inquired about her experience from the previous evening. Police claimed to have spoken with Neipling on Thursday. Neipling is said to have initially disputed the accusations after being informed that she was free to go and was not required to speak to him, but afterwards "admitted to having sexual relations" with someone whose identity has been redacted, according to the document.

They apparently met in her friend's flat, according to what she claimed. After that, it is claimed that the minor fled the flat. The young person later returned after the friend had left the flat. Neipling continued their illicit sexual behaviour with the victim. Stephanie acknowledged emailing her later [redacted] naked chest images, according to their report.

Neipling's husband is reportedly divorcing her and asking for sole custody of their two kids, according to court documents. According to the filing dated Friday, a day after her arrest, he lists "abuse of a minor" as one of the reasons he is breaking up with her. One count of fourth-degree sexual assault is brought against the defendant. There is a $50,000 bond.
