Short Block- 2km
Longer Block 4.5km
Beach Block- 11 km
Our focus is on participation. There will be spot prizes, bouncy castles, outdoor games and a free sausage sizzle. ZEAL will provide music and coffee.
Local health providers are welcome to promote and display their services
Our kaupapa is to bring our community together in a healthy and fun way and to promote the Mental Health Foundation 5 Ways to Wellbeing- Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Give and Keep Learning.
