During our final week of the term we have been promoting Mental Health Awareness week. The theme is Community...what we create...together. The Mental Health Foundation research shows that strong social connections are essential for our life satisfaction and health. Through nurturing our relationships, we are supporting each other's wellbeing.
Activities have been set up during break times to support this theme. These have included origami making, mindful colouring, Dad joked in the quad, BINGO and karaoke and games lunch hour with ZEAL. It is always great to see our students supporting these events and having fun together.
