Relay for Life

We decided this year to run our own Relay For Life event to raise funds for the Cancer Society. On Friday 28 March we had a significant number of students and staff support a lunchtime event and then we headed out to the field for 6 hours of walking/jogging. Students set their own individual goals from short walks through to full marathons of 100 laps of the field. It was amazing seeing parents and grandparents supporting us.

We are very appreciative of the financial support of some of our local businesses- Concrete Doctors, Riverbank Engineering, Soapbox, Hammer Hardware and New World. 

With these generous donations and the sponsorship given to our students we have raised almost $8000. A great effort.
