Our group of Ōtaki College students are always motivated and driven to attend the Tūkaha Wānanga.
The Tūkaha Wānanga provides a safe space, a platform to explore and discover who they are as Māori with other Māori students from Paraparaumu and Kāpiti College.
This wānanga was the largest group so far, such that the numbers attending from each of the Colleges had to be capped. This is a huge achievement and such a great problem to have.
I thank all three Colleges for supporting this kaupapa. E kore te puna ā mihi e mimiti ki a koutou.
