James Pritchard was born in 1919 in Virginia. He enlisted in the Army on March 17th 1941. Before the war he was living at Ridge and was working as a car mechanic. He was discharged from the Army on August 24, 1943. Pritchard was awarded the American defense Medal, and a World War II Victory medal.
