Frank Mirando

Frank Mirando was born in 1912, before the war he was employed as a bridge inspector. Mirando entered the service at Riverhead on December 8, 1942. He was a truck driver, Light 345 and served In The Pacific Theater.He was awarded a World War II Victory Medal, an Honorable Service Lapel Button and a Good Conduct Medal. He achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant before being discharged on March 13, 1946 at Camp Atterbury, Indiana.
