Cyril Morris

Cyril Morris was born in Jamaica, New York. He was the son of Eva (Phillips) and Wesley Morris. He was living in Yaphank when he was inducted into the service at Camp Upton and was assigned to the 15th Infantry Regiment. Morris was sent to Europe where he participated in the engagements at Normandy, Ardennes, Central Europe and the Rhineland. Morris was discharged on March 16, 1946 at Fort Dix, New Jersey.
