It is close to Wauwepex, the Nassau County Boy Scout Camp; Camp Newcomb, Queens’ County Boy Scout Camp. It is near schools and churches of all denominations. The Manorville station of the Long Island Railroad is 10 minutes away. The Patchogue-Riverhead bus passes the property.

Take the Interborough, Grand Central, or Northern State Parkway to Jericho Turnpike, Route 25, right to the property, which has 1 1/2 miles of frontage on Route 25.
