Harvey D Barger was born Nov. 17 1896 at Salisbury, North Carolina.

During World War I he served as a SSG in the U.S Army.

During World War II, he served at Camp Upton from September 23, 1941 to March 31, 1944, as a Military Police Officer. At the time of his death in October 1966 he was residing in Yaphank.
