Psst! We're moving!
Tang Yu, you can be more domineering, more passionate, and more unrestrained.
I think I... need to be disciplined.
Ahhhh, I’m such a Mary Sue romance addict!
I must pass on this madness to Tang Yu and make him as crazy as I am!
— From Little Tangxin’s Diary
The car was warm and silent, with flickering light from outside.
Tang Yu maintained his previous posture, staring at her coldly for a while. His fingers on the steering wheel beckoned: “Come here, I’ll tell you.”
Tang Xin: “...”
Who would dare go over in this situation? She felt like opening the car door and running away!
“No.”
He tapped his fingers and tilted his chin, reminding her: “Seatbelt.”
Tang Xin hesitated, looking at him before reluctantly fastening her seatbelt. With a blank expression, Tang Yu shifted the car into reverse. Bewildered, she asked, “Why are you reversing? Shouldn’t we move forward?”
Tang Yu’s lips curved slightly, his movements precise as he turned the steering wheel twice and then abruptly slammed on the brakes, the screeching sound of tires against the ground piercing their ears. Startled, Tang Xin turned to look at him. The man in the driver’s seat pulled the handbrake, quickly crossing over the center console. Before she could figure out what he was doing, her heart was already racing wildly.
The next second, the seat was pushed flat, and he covered her completely, biting her lips first. His tongue forcefully intruded, entangling with hers. After just a few moments, Tang Xin was almost breathless, moaning softly. Her body went limp, her mind buzzing like she had taken a stimulant—excited and elated—
She clung tightly to his broad, firm back, tilting her face up to receive his intense, passionate, and somewhat punitive kiss. Dazed, she thought that she must truly be sick.
She loved the uncontrollable, domineering, and unrestrained Tang Yu.
She loved it when he didn’t follow the rules.
She loved it when he broke his own principles, gritted his teeth in anger, and punished her coldly without tenderness.
That side of him made her feel that all his passion and excitement were for her alone—a morbid yet utterly satisfying feeling.
Outside the car, horns honked, mingling with voices continuously entering the heated interior.
The man on top of her pressed down heavily. His kisses, initially fierce and stormy, turned into gentle licks. He licked her lips, their breathing uneven—one shallow, one heavy—both bodies burning with heat.
Tang Xin felt like her life force had been seized, unable to move, soft as jelly.
Her hands rested on his waist, obedient beyond measure.
Tang Yu’s heart softened, realizing he too was quite ill. He found satisfaction in this… dominance and ungentlemanly invasion. He propped himself up slightly, gazing at her with deep intensity, and asked softly: “Will this shut your nonsensical mouth?”
“...”
Her face flushed, lips slightly parted, revealing two pristine white teeth.
“Can it?” he asked again, his tone indifferent.
Tang Xin looked at him, deliberately answering: “Nope.”
Tang Yu watched the blushing girl, a flicker of tenderness passing through his eyes. With a helpless quirk of his lips, he leaned down to cover her lips once more: “Then let’s kiss again.”
“...”
An electric shiver ran through her body as she lightly trembled, embracing him in response.
After twenty minutes of playful banter, Tang Yu straightened up and returned to the driver’s seat. He grabbed a bottle of mineral water from the center console—it was likely hers—but paid no heed, unscrewing the cap and gulping down half the bottle. The movement of his Adam’s apple was undeniably sexy.
Tang Xin had removed her coat, wearing a light camel-colored long dress. Her delicate, flushed face gazed at him affectionately.
Tang Yu set the water bottle down, calming his earlier restlessness, and checked his phone. He understood immediately. He called Gao Heng: “Handle the matter on Weibo. No need for further explanation on how to deal with it, right?”
Gao Heng, who was traveling with him by taxi, was already en route.
He had seen the trending topics and responded earnestly: “Understood. Handle the matters concerning you and Lu Chuning. Keep the movie-related trends going.”
Free publicity—they’d be fools not to take it.
After hanging up, the phone was tossed into the center console.
Tang Yu glanced at Tang Xin, started the car, and after a while, casually asked: “Satisfied?”
Tang Xin: “...”
Brother, you only kissed me a few times. Why do you talk as if you’ve just slept with me? Though... it was quite satisfying. The man’s next words reminded her: “Check Weibo.”
Tang Xin: “...”
She opened Weibo and was momentarily stunned to find that all the trending topics about him and Lu Chuning had been completely wiped clean—nothing remained.
It dropped straight out of the trending list.
Oh, so that’s what he meant.
With an impassive face, she said: “Not bad.”
Tang Yu lazily rested his hand on the steering wheel, chuckling lightly. Lowering his voice, he reprimanded her: “Don’t dwell on unnecessary things. Past events... no matter how much you torment me, they won’t change, and you’re only causing yourself distress.”
Tang Xin frowned, muttering softly: “Who’s tormenting whom?”
He heard her, laughed, and corrected: “Mutual torment.”
“I’m not dwelling on your past. I’m concerned about the present!” she argued indignantly, listing examples. “You’ve been broken up for years, yet she keeps insinuating things on shows, even placing Huarou in your parking spot with ill intentions! You’re my boyfriend, but her fans keep spouting nonsense, saying you belong to their Ningning! Bullshit! You’re mine!”
“...”
He wanted to remind her to be more civilized but decided there was no need.
She could do whatever she pleased—as long as she was happy.
“Mm, anything else?” he asked while driving, probing with a touch of casual curiosity, coaxing her. “Any other comments that upset you?”
Unaware, she huffed: “Plenty! They say you and Ningning are the perfect match—handsome man, beautiful woman. You’re rich, loyal, and don’t sleep around with celebrities. They claim you’re most suited for their Ningning. They even urge you to rekindle old flames! Some fans probably already fantasized about where you’ll propose and how many kids you’ll have.”
“...”
Sometimes, Tang Yu truly found online comments exaggerated and terrifying. Just as he was about to speak, his phone rang.
It was Lu Zhixing.
Tang Xin paused mid-sentence. Seeing he wasn’t wearing a Bluetooth device and was driving, she answered the call for him, holding the phone close to his ear.
Lu Zhixing said: “You’ve seen the Weibo incident, right? I just contacted Dingding’s agent, and we discussed it. We think it’s fine to announce now. But since you’re her brother, I thought I should check with you first. What do you think?”
Tang Yu hummed affirmatively: “Go ahead.”
After hanging up, Tang Xin had temporarily forgotten their previous topic and opened Weibo again.
“The female lead of A Dream For You “ had surged to the top trend. She clicked on the comments—
“Everyone, stop guessing. Wait for the official announcement!”
“Zhou Jialu must be crying her eyes out right now. So pitiful. Will any directors dare to cast her after this? Always breaking contracts.”
“The female lead is a newcomer, not Zhao Yufei. Lu Zhixing replied to a comment below [picture].”
“Reliable source! Rumor has it that the female lead is the young miss of Time Light Entertainment, Tang Yu’s younger sister! This shocked me! A debutante entering the acting world with such resources and background…”
…
It was unclear where these netizens dug up the information.
Tang Xin skimmed through it, feeling startled. Netizens were incredible—some even dug up photos of Tang Dingding.
She spent the entire ride scrolling through Weibo. Tang Yu reminded her several times: “Don’t look at your phone for too long in the car; you’ll get dizzy.”
She didn’t listen because the drama on Weibo kept escalating. Neither Tang Yu nor Lu Zhixing seemed intent on addressing it. Free advertising and traffic—why refuse it? Besides, entering the entertainment industry came with such exposure.
Tang Xin scrolled through Weibo throughout the journey and chatted briefly with Tang Dingding, asking if she was okay.
Tang Dingding replied optimistically: “I’m fine! I think I’m super popular now! Even more than Zhao Yufei, and I haven’t even acted yet! Isn’t that amazing?”
Tang Xin replied languidly: “If you compare yourself to Zhao Yufei again, I’ll tell your brother to break your legs.”
Tang Dingding: “...”
That tone was unmistakably her brother-like.
It wasn’t until the car entered the underground garage that she put her phone down and looked at Tang Yu, slightly worried: “Do you think Dingding will adapt to this excessive attention? Some black fans can be really nasty.”
Tang Yu parked the car, removed the keys, and reached back to grab their coats. Glancing at her, he said: “She’ll be fine.”
As they got out of the car, he draped her coat over her shoulders, leaving his hanging on his arm.
Walking into the elevator,
the man suddenly hooked his arm around her shoulder, lazily resting half his weight on her. Looking down at her, he asked: “Feeling better?”
Tang Xin lowered her head: “Not bad.”
He took her phone, and she instinctively turned to look. Seeing him open Weibo, she was momentarily stunned: “What are you doing?”
“Helping you post a tweet, saying I’m yours.”
