Garlic Buttered Green Beans Jan Peterson
1 lb. fresh/frozen green beans
1/2 cup sliced fresh
mushrooms
6 T. butter
2-3 tsp. onion powder
1 - 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and Pepper
Steam green beans in small amount of water until tender. Meanwhile, in a skillet, saute
mushrooms in butter until tender. Add onion powder and garlic powder. Drain beans; add to
skillet and toss. Season with salt and pepper.
