Sophie's Beef Aunt Ethel (Johnson)
Put beef in roaster half filled with water.
Add salt and onions.
Cook for one hour. Let stand overnight.
Remove meat, strain liquid, add
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent
Bring to boil. Slice beef and add to liquid. Marinate overnight.
