Salted Peanut Cookies Betty Breiwick
2 eggs 1 cup shortening
1 cup white sugar 1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Baking Soda 1 ½ cups flour
3 cups oatmeal 2 cups Spanish peanuts
Bake at 375 degrees for about 12 minutes
