Cranberry Kuchen Sharon Benda
Combine:
1 egg,
1/2 cup sugar,
1/2 cup milk,
2 Tbsp. oil,
mix well.
Sift 1 cup flour,
1 tsp. baking powder;
add to egg mixture. Mix well. Turn into greased 8 x 8 x 2" pan.
Force two cups Eagle River (very important!) cranberries through coarse blade of food chopper. Sprinkle over batter. Top with crumbs topping. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
Crumb Topping:
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
Cut in 1/4 cup butter
