Super Duper Easy Pulled Pork Recipe Jan Peterson
1 lb. pork tenderloin (double sauce for 2 lb. tenderloin
1 cup catsup
2 Tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Rolls
Mix all sauce ingredients in bowl or crock pot. Add pork and cover with sauce. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until meat is tender. Remove meat, shred with two forks. Add back to sauce and heat through. Serve on rolls.
The recipe said you can actually mix the sauce in crock pot, add frozen pork and throw in back in the fridge the night before. Next morning turn it on low and cook it all day.
